Avalon Condo’s, CT
FSI installed IBO rods and tiebacks to hold back a 10 concrete wall of varying heights. First walls were cored, then IBO rods were drilled and grouted. Plates, nuts, and washers were installed and all tiebacks were post-tensioned to 15 tons to meet design requirements and apply load to the wall.
