Greenhouse Stabilization

The greenhouse addition was approximately 10 years old and constructed on 10 to 15 feet of fill. Since construction the addition settled 3 inches and pulled away from the original greenhouse. The buildings doors had been cut numerous times over the years to accommodate the settlement. FSI installed 17 piles connected to high strength foundation brackets. Piles were installed ranging in depths from 10 to 17 feet. After pile installation, FSI lifted the addition 3 inches back to existing elevation using a hydraulic jack system.
